This news should really bring on the negative comments! LOL By the way, Caltrans is not doing the work. It's being done by a private contractor and the costs for clean up are suppose to be the paid by the truck owner and not tax money.

I have no problem with the cleanup being done. The only real problem I see is when heading down the hill you must stop at the 120 junction. This makes no sense because all traffic headed up the hill must take the detour. You would think cal trans would cover the stop sign so traffic could flow. Can someone tell me why they haven't done this? Am I missing something?

AS I said before if this was I5 or 99, cleanup would have been the same day, not two weeks later, someone is milking this job.

why cant they do the work at night? all the need to do is light uo the area and there you go

I would like to know who is paying for this mess? 2nd as for the detour it sucks as it isn't marked well at all. Agree someone is milking this for more money in there pockets. Agree on the stop sign also. It is a real mess down there. Feel for everyone who has to travel that mess everyday..

One lane bypasses', Signal lights on every corner, shopping centers at heavily congested areas, now this. This 2 day job has turned into a week or two. The blockade started running during everyone's main driving hours, then turned into 24/7.

It's like the main goal of this county is to cause more traffic, not alleviate it, based on thier history of always making the worst possible decision in these matters. Laughable. Glad I am done with it.
