There was a recent study showing the human race is actually de-evolving, getting stupider. This is the result of humanity trying to skirt around the reality of Darwin's truth. In the old days, there were no signs advising the stupid to not feed the bears. They died and did not reproduce, placing humanity in the "evolving" category. Now they do reproduce, and are rewarded monetarily by the government, resulting in de-evolution, thus making "dumbing down" a necessity. May seem "out there" to some of you, but to me it gets more and more obvious by the day.

Now will the judge finally deny bail?

Maybe we should rent an apartment next to Governor Brown's house for Terry. Maybe then Brown will see a different side of his catch and release program also named AB109.

That isn't quite how evolution works.

Not "out there" at all, rider. We need to stop saving people from themselves so they can learn a little personal responsibility. How many times does it take to keep someone behind bars in CA? If there isn't a law in place that attaches the costs of using such high end equipment and manpower to individuals like this, there should be. On a positive note, perhaps the girlfriend will finally get the message about his real sense of loyalty.

We can catch em, we just can't seem to keep em in prison.

Will they deny bail? The andwer to that is NO. There isn't any room for criminals in the jails. We could spend millions and billions to build jails for them and not keep up. We are being overun by criimnals and the future doesn't look any better.

Rider, you are so right! I have felt like this on many occassions. My dad used to say, "We have too many morans raising morans". I always thought he was just being too harsh on people but now I am older and tend to agree, especially in this case.
