If this sort of thing actually made a difference, I would begin a movement to name Sacramento a "Smart Zone" for a month each year, and then another month of naming it a "Rational Zone".
Unfortunately however, the "We are the New American Aristocracy" Zone seems to have taken hold and is fully entrenched.

Some people just feel compelled to dump a bucket of cold slop on any bit of optimism.
