If you look hard enough you will always find people who attempt to cheat the system. So you would punish everyone because a small percentage cheat? I would say that many people who are against helping people most likely get some help from the government themselves. I won't go into the fact that most public servants feed at the taxpayer trough----with dubious real benefit for the public.

I don't get what that link has to do with this article. Guess it's kinder and gentler to stereotype people who are poor in order to justify our selfishness.
I was hungry and you told me to get a job. I was homeless and you called me a dirty hippy. I was a stranger and you told me to go back where I came from. So sayeth...
