He is a RINO ,After shaking his hand, I had a conversation with Frank for ten minutes. While I was asking questions about the his policies and thoughts, all he wanted to talk about was his cowboy boots vs. mine.
I agree with cattle dog, This guy is a RINO and his home county of Madera is in line of making millions of dollars off the high speed train system that Gov. Brown wants to spend billions of dollars on. Our tax dollars.
Please remember history, even the BAD guys wore cowboy hats.....
