LAST WORD   02/13/2013 17:58:07
Did that article really say it would reduce energy costs, and they have been fracking already?
And yet we don't see any reduced cost from what they have already done. It's pretty simple to see why the oil companies raise prices....
Cause They Can...

Keep on regulating sacramento so soon Rick Perry and Texas will have all the business and jobs....

Fraking has its plusses and its minuses. Let's get the whole picture before we charge blindly onward. This is a complex subject without easy answers. We, the public deserve to know what's at stake so let's get the whole picture before we charge onward. If someone is going to frak in my neighborhood, I want to know the details first!

I like my water pure and clean. NO FRACKING in California.
The oil companies are relentless in the pursuit of your money.
When they say it is safe and will not harm anything LOOK OUT!

fracking is bad, bad, bad! Hopefully the decision makers won't pander to the money. But I think we all know what they'll do... $$$$
hugh961   02/14/2013 07:14:14
thr oil industry has been fracking for over 50 years with no bad results. The Arabs or anti business types put out a couple of movies and people believe the * like global warming. Just another way to slow business and seperate you from your money...I.E cap and trade..Consumers will pay billions for that * and it will not change the weather one iota.

ludicrous85   02/14/2013 09:27:34
It looks like were just Fracked no matter what we do!!!!

Where do you live , in a bubble of your own selected information?
Tell it to those in towns where fracking has turned water black, filled with chemicals and the lands barren and a wasteland. Really, you're fracking crazee.
Go visit India, and experience the wastelands from pollution of land and water, and they now use OUR DDT, that had no effect on us either, until it was too late and thousands were killed or infirmed. Fracking will also reveal itself in time, it is destroying the round ball of rock we walk on. It is all about money!

@hugh961 No bad results??? I think that tap water that is flammable is a pretty bad result. Just watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LBjSXWQRV8 and it becomes pretty clear that fracking is bad.
shiner   02/14/2013 11:05:34
or any of these other 100000 video's showing what fracking really does. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=fracking+water&oq=fracking+water

I love how some, well I can't say people, so other humans who actually care more about business and money than people and the earth. Absolute stupidity. Go to Texas, it's real nice there. I suggest below sea-level property near the Gulf of Mexico.

For all you Pro Fracking people ask those people who live along the New Madrid Fault Line how they like Fracking setting off Earthquakes along the Fault Line itself. Google "dutchsinse" and check out his great presentation all about Fracking and it's hazards.
WileyCoyote   02/14/2013 15:17:08
