Blame the GOP's Mitch McConnell. Remember he famously said that their number one job was to ensure that President Obama is a one term president. So they spent the last four years doing nothing but being obstructionists and filibustering everything that wasn't a GOP idea. Thank you Republicans for ensuring that this recession will drag on longer than necessary. I hope everyone who is as disgusted with Congress as I am will think about this next election. Vote anything but Republican.

@squirter Ya know what?!? There's plenty to blame on both sides. But libs will always be the first in the blame game. Seems neither side could come to an agreement. But the fact is our fearless leader has not done his job either by making congress work out their differences. All the other potus have worked to encourage unity and strength. Don't just blame the pubs there are 535 politicians that need their ears pinned back too!

Blame is the game....since some won't NEGOTIATE to terrorist demands.
Go on..blame...
I am sure you can find something besides the truth.
Fiscal Responsibility is NOT spending more than you have, and then asking for more.

Some people have as much understanding of economic growth as Obama. I thank God the Republican party obstructed as much of Obama's totalitarian policies as they did. Too bad it wasn't enough.

Can you say; $17,000,000,000 in Debt Mr. Democrat ?

Seems funny that the approval ratings are so low but they keep on getting re-elected. Is it that there just aren't any good politicians? Sadly I think that may be the case :(

I can't blame one group of idiots over the other.I blame both democrat whackos right along side the repuplican freaks just as much as the congress.

"Blame the GOP's Mitch McConnell."

BWAHAAHAA!!!!

Bear in mind that the Dims controlled BOTH House and Senate for 2 of the 4 years.

0Bama has been ignoring the GOP House for years.

The Dim Senate has ignored the budget for 3 years, done nothing on the economy, nothing about the illegal alien problem, and congratulated themselves on passing FailBamaCare Hoax while costs skyrocket.

After FailBama repeatedly stated that the FailBamaCare Hoax would reduce costs by $2,500 per year, the GAO announced last week that it will actually INCREASE costs by $3,000 per year. Plus lead to even more layoffs and full-time workers changed part-time

But the real coup de grace: there are now 8.5 million FEWER Americans working then 4 years ago; 50 Million on Food Stamps

Thanks Dims!

Squiter,

Can you say 148,000 in debt, incurred by the govt, for EVERY household in these Disunited States?
Think about that. The govt is spending MUCH more than it's taking in taxes.
You want MORE spending?!!!!
wethehonestppl   02/05/2013 19:02:27
Squirter, YES! You said it so well. Their ONLY goal was to OBSTRUCT anything reasonable, and we have to admit that they have come through in this way.

However, after such ridiculous moves like voting against relief to the victims of hurricane Sandy (I don't want to go on, now), their divisive antics are distancing them from their own party.

VERY unhappy with the idiots in congress, yes.

Listen to you people!! "Blame the blue team, no it's red teams fault". Know who's fault it is? OURS we keep voting blue team or red like somethings going to change with that formula. They've got us right where they want us, bickering amongst ourselves. Want changes? Well then "vote for a change", vote third party. Don't come to me with the tired old "it's a wasted vote" argument either. Voting for someone you don't want to be in office just to spite the other party... is a truly the wasted vote. If you voted Republican OR Democrat in the last election, quit whining, ALL of you caused this problem by voting for the "status quo" party as I call them both! I've voted 3rd party since the 1980's just for these reasons. Send them a message, get out, it's time for some changes around here!
