First) how about publishing a map about what is closed.
Then) another map about the extent of the service. We live in a county on an island, the only access we get is bottles with messages stuffed inside. Real internet would be nice.
Here in Sonora we get slow speed internet and pay big city prices for slow, slower and slowest internet. This will be great for the local internet companies but just another reason to raise the prices for the public. The government pays for the infrastructure and local business guys rake in the profits.
So, what does this mean for us?
