Why does state law prohibit the release of the female attacker's name?
Same question as "rider". Seems a bit discriminatory that the woman is protected and men aren't.
I imagine it is because she is the vicim of domestic abuse.
LuckyLady, I thought the same thing, but she was charged also. If she were just defending herself with the knife, she would not have been arrested. Is there some kind of discriminatory law which only protects female domestic violence victims but not men?
Fine upstanding individuals....
He's the one stabbed, and she's protected? Maybe she started the dispute? Maybe he was just defending himself?
She is being charged with adw and due to it being a domestic her name wont be released?
