Same question as "rider". Seems a bit discriminatory that the woman is protected and men aren't.

LuckyLady, I thought the same thing, but she was charged also. If she were just defending herself with the knife, she would not have been arrested. Is there some kind of discriminatory law which only protects female domestic violence victims but not men?

He's the one stabbed, and she's protected? Maybe she started the dispute? Maybe he was just defending himself?

She is being charged with adw and due to it being a domestic her name wont be released?
