When were hit with these bond packages, it's always under the guise of "really need the money for our kids" and we the voters get sucked in and vote for them (just like another round of Summerville school money)

In this case, they had money left over and rather and save for a rainy day, they feel the need to spend it and more.

I'm glad that the board choose to do the prudent thing and not move forward with this.
