Guess the taxpayers finally got Silva attention. Unionization is not consolidation, they need to share one new campus and get rid of the other two sites.

I disagree with bigguy on consolidation of the two high schools. Tuolumne county is a huge county and the two high schools cover a huge geographic portion of the county. Combining the districts I think is a very good idea, as is combining the elementary schools. Think of the buying power of a single district.
