Regarding the tax on millionaires for mental health. I wonder home much will actually go for the mentally ill and how much will end up in some bureaucrats pocket. Then the politicians will come back for more. It happens all the time and why will this be any different. How many times have we been ask to vote more taxes for better schools? I am not a millionaire, but sooner or later the expense trickles down to all of us.

California Model For Nation ?
Google " california failed state "
There you go, change, lets turn the entire country to be like this once Golden State has turned into a liberal cesspool.
Having now earned the lowest bond rating of any of the 50 states, the rates it pays to borrow keep getting higher. Yet borrowing seems to be all California can do to get through from day to day. That is what is known as The Road to Bankruptcy

Until the leaders in this state can go(lets make it easy for them) two consecutive years in a row with their Budgets in the black, I would keep my mouth shut. Know matter what the subject may be!!!

Yes, because google search results settle all arguments. News flash - anyone with an internet connection can put whatever they want on the internet. Citing results of your google search as proof of your point is a complete fallacy. Google "flat earth", then click third link down. There, I proved the earth is flat.

Well all I can say is Yeah Fricken Right,,, what a joke. California has hardly any mental health services. if we had any than just maybe the folks around here that actually need it might be able to get the fricken help they need.

California's voter-approved Mental Health Services Act. Proves that it did not work! Mentally challenged voters approved it.

There's a reason why Mitt Romney, the de facto leader of the Republican Party and vanquished candidate for President, now calls California home.
Go Jerry go.

K3UG , I will take a guess at why Mitt Romney calls CA home. My guess would be that because his father was born in Mexico (making him Latino) He see's a huge political opportunity in Ca with the Latino community soon becoming the majority. Governor Romney ?????
