I agree crocket. Unfortunately burglary isn't considered a violent crime...so AB-109 will let him walk again.

It will never happen again, But I would love to see "Wanted: Dead or Alive" signs. Might help cut back on crime and the cost of housing the waste of society.

This isn't his first burglary charges. Its ridiculous people can keep doing the same crimes and just get a slap on the wrist and back out to victimized someone else
