I don't know if it is possible to do anything with Hwy 49, since it is a state hwy, but I can envision downtown with tons of people walking the main street, no diesel lumber trucks and noisy cars smelling up any out door restaurant and the noise and smell keeping tourists from enjoying this wonderful downtown.
