I have only talked to 1 person that I know who voted democrat yet it seems these socialist people in power get elected? sometimes I wonder, is California like Ohio where 4 counties had zero votes for Mitt Romney and 100 percent for Obama and several counties had 100 plus turn out of registered eligible voters...hmmmmm something is really stinking bad in America......

A comment on gun control:
Chicago has the toughest gun laws in the country, shouldn't it be the safest when it comes to gun violence?
Last year Chicago had over 500 gun murders. Seems like "idiot" politicians looking to place some ineffective feel good measure in place.

Oh Yeah. Follow kalifornico. They know how to run a program. And this one takes guns from those that have legally purchased. Now what program will stop these same people from finding a gun illegally?

Why are they allowed to purchase them in the first place, if they are felons, or are prohibited for some other reason? Better to actually STOP felons from purchasing them in the first place, rather than to try to confiscate them after the fact. That is, of course, unless they become felons AFTER they purchased them.

another feel good law wach the show on gangs of oakland show . Have they taken the guns displade by these admitted gang members ? They have them on film for tv . Oh thats rihgt only criminals can have guns . helps keep the prisons profitable . and give government more stats on gun violance , to use in favor of taking legal gun rights from law abiding people . try enforcing the current laws befor making new ones .

reading the 13th amendment:

It seems the govt has figured out a way to enslave again.
Just make something a crime.

"Armed Prohibited Persons System." All of the government agencies like to make up these neat little names for their programs don't they? I wonder how many thousands of dollars they wasted making up this little cutie? If only we could wake up tomorrow and all of these little agencies and their government employees would be gone we might have a chance at fixing this country !!!! The whole mess makes me physically ill........

just proof...more laws they can not enforce,and I hate to say it bud when they start making it a felony to have a gun,you will have blood in the street because we know our vote does not matter,jobs are scarce(many believe there is no reason to work...and Dems keep it that way)so there is no "teeth",to having a felony.Epidemic of gun violence in Oakland right now.....boy our strict laws are really working....kind of like Chicago's huh?Strictest gun laws in the nation....one of the highest homicide rates too

Fed is pumping 85 billion a month in new money..That effects EVERYONE for the price of the dollar..and the debate is on guns..I recon global warming got a break after Al Gore (the phrophet) sold out to the Arabs. I am an old man,but I still enjoy slight of hand.

I believe at least half of those who live in California understand that California liberals have already infringed on our Federal and State gun rights. I should think the rest of the country is not that stupid and will not stand for it, but their are powerful forces against America and it's sovereign Constitution.

Democrats have suspended a 5 year old girl for ten days and charged the little tyke with making terrorist threats. Seems she had a pink plastic Hello Kitty assault bubble gun and was going to blow a bubble at another child. Can we now we can expect mass protest shouting for her execution ? It wouldn't surprise me.

Any type of gun control is not going to curb gun violence in any manner. Ban every gun you want... and I'll still own whatever gun i want. So If I am still getting the firearms I want for my collection. What do think the criminals are going to do? If laws worked to deter criminals, do think we'd have the problems we have?

If the feds and States think they have problems with gun violence now can you imagine what is going to happen when they try to take the guns away from law abiding gun owners? We are a differant breed and any one of them I have spoken with say the same thing. "We will not give up our Guns" Period. I also believe most have had enough of the slowly chipping away at our rights and are ready to make "A Stand" Its going to be a sad day for America that we haven't seen since The Civil War.
