If he did it, life, but if an old injury resulted in her death, I'd take a look at mom who is in prison for abusing another child recently. Brain injuries can manifest after time has passed and is not always immediately obvious.

It's to hard to comment when infants and children are involved. For a baby to die I believe there are way more serious issues here. People are sickend at these kinds of acts. The problem is you can't get any help until something happens. Then it is always too late. If people are going to have babies why???? Can't they just love them? They don't want me on that jury.

Agreed kitty7777. I was happy to see the Bail stepped up. I have to admit to much money has already been spent on this one.

I do not believe..
WE are seeing the truth..
for many reasons..and I do not agree on any of them.
I am a VET...and nothings is worse than a child dying..

so..

If he goes to prison and is put in the general population....the inmates will make his life a living hell.

I want to clear somthing up!! the mother is in jail and was in jail during birth. she couldn't of hurt kalie. when the mention of a mother being looked at it wasn't clearly stated that they were talking about someone else the baby lived with and only around every day. May baby kalie rest in peace, where ever. she has or if she even has been put to rest. have not been able to find this out as i and my family wanted to be there with her one last time to say our goodbyes. She will never be forgotten.
