Good old Moonbean, is planing to rob prop 30 fund's already. Like we did not know this was coming. I guess the Dems will not be happy till Obama is is appointed dictator for life, people are disarmed so they can not protest and moonbeam finishes destroying Calif.

Well, you have to call 'scam' on this one. We have thrown a lot of monies towards schools and it has not improved out test score, has anything really improved. Well, for the kids sake I hope it works. Dont hold your breath!!!!

Yea, too bad the budget is balanced with a surplus. Kinda sucks. Better to have lower taxes, lousy schools and a deficit.

Say, how are you guys with cutting law enforcement and roads and schools?

Maybe you ought to read about why we will have a surplus. (hint: cutting back and hasving enough income to pay the bills)

It looks like the bigger chunk of our tax dollars will again be going to black and brown kids. It has been proven time and again this is a failed approach. 40 years of affirmative action has failed miserably, but hey, let's throw more money at them so they'll keep voting Democrat. Is that fair and balanced ?
