:D A robot was sent in? OK, now I'm picturing Wal-E with a dollar in his little pincher hand thingy! :D

Pretty typical for that place.

It's past time to close Rosalinda's Criminal's Club down.

If I was a 28 year old woman working at a place like that I'd have a concealed firearm too. That's ridiculous they arrested her for it.
mtnranch   01/07/2013 10:26:47
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Wow

Who is creepier? The one pictured here or the one tickling children at the supermarket?
VTC is right again, but the lady should have gotten a permit to have that gun.
mtnranch   01/07/2013 13:03:50
need to have a ccw permit to carry a concealed weapon. you also cannot have a concealed weapon and/or permit around alcohol period.

also a ccw will only be issued to person of good moral caracter and clean criminal past. she just lost both.

fun times

Rosalinda's Gentlemen's Club? I'd seriously doubt ANY "gentleman" has ever crossed that threshhold.
SierraMatt   01/07/2013 13:31:07
That place is bad news. What is the first thing that visitors see when they come into Tuolumne County?
Robm   01/08/2013 00:20:20
Just a few months more and I'm moving out of CA... Left once before, was VERY bummed that i had to come back... In the year I was gone this county got even more crappy. So glad to be leaving again. Good luck folks that choose to stay... Word of advice there are nicer towns/ cities w/out the crime rate and drug use.
leaperman621   01/08/2013 02:41:58
I am starting to wonder if the people in our courts are like the people in this club.
SCUM.
Since they OBVIOUSLY DO NOTHING.
You hear me DA?
I am saying that....since you will not...I can SAy you are akin to the SCUM.

What I say is allowed..and they DESERVE it.
Why hasn't this place been shut down?
it's a funnel.
AND THEY KNOW IT.
carolr51   01/08/2013 12:27:34
Robm-Please tell us of these mythical places with no crime or drug use!

mtnranch, how does one go about defining what "good moral character" is?
Is an individual of bad moral character if he doesn't go to church? Gay? A swinger? Use bad language and swear? Been divorced three times? Have kids out of wedlock? A socialist? Cross dresser? Muslim? Tobacco user?

Who decides?
Crockett   01/08/2013 16:32:21
Who defines good moral character ? Al-Jazeera'a according to Al Gore.
o-no-bigguy   01/08/2013 22:35:58
Leaperman621, i agree with you 100%, Our DA office staff, found a easy job in this county, they plea down every case they get, and the people still go to warrants. I beginning to think that the Da office is in business to fund the bail bond people and bounty hunters.
mtnranch   01/09/2013 10:07:38
Good moral character is not about who you are. The sheriff at the ccw interview will decide. Good moral character is about how ones presents himself and past. ie lots of traffic tickets, shows a lack of respect for the law, record of agressive behavior. General info to help the sheriff decide if this person should be issued a ccw permit. Huge responsibilty.
Robm   01/09/2013 21:23:19
carolr51, There are many nicer towns, with lower drug use and lower crime.

Instead of bashing someone, hows about look it up. I'm so tired of this state along with the tools in it.

Look up the crime stats for this county, its much higher than it was just ten years ago.
