I'm surprised you haven't mentioned the shooting that happened on South Stewart in Sonora last Thursday evening. It was in Monday's police blotter in the Democrat. No one hurt, fortunately.

The three people that got DUI's must be the most IGNORANT and STUPID 3 people in Tuolumne County. You are given specific locationsand times of checkpoints .... they must not read

at midnight, i heard some one shoot off what sounded to me like an assault rifle...twice...about 8 super fast shots each round ...but i guess that is considered normal in this county.
kind of freaked me out a bit.
single gun shots are scary enough cause you don;t know where this yahoo is or where they're pointing their gun or if the bullet will come down on you if you;re outside.

just sayin'.
now i am sure all the gun zealots will tell me exactly what kind of gun that was at midnight new years eve.

I'd like to know what the huge BOOMS were on New Year's Eve, around 1:00am in the Upper Crystal Falls area. Scared me.

Bull. Yahoos have been shooting guns since dark on New Year's Eve, and the last two nights it has continued.

The loud Booms are typically dry ice bombs in a 2 litre plastic bottle....Kids, that is not a toy.....Be careful..
