Who knows or wants to know who these people are? What would someone do with that information? My take is since they served their time AND they appear to have learned their lesson, welcome them back to society. One friend of mine, way back when, before "Three Strikes," had 42 felonies at last count. That was 40 years ago. But then he met the love of his life which changed everything. He had 3 kids of his own, in addition to fostering dozens of other kids. He became a deacon in his church, heading many fund raising functions throughout the years. He petitioned to have his record expunged and it was granted without delay. Let's take advantage of those who truly want to contribute to society. Unfortunately, This has potential for abuse.
