Thank you for making the correct decision.
Castle & Cooke can go somewhere else with their grand plan.
We have lived here 25 years and know that with progress comes building but, in these times, it is such a gamble.
Thank you for looking at the big picture.

I agree with amtgal: this is the right decision. 800 houses on 243 acres is ridiculous. Once you factor in the space needed for roads and public access, the average homesite will be around 1/4 acre. Yikes. People move here to get away from that type of urban density, and housing projects that look like Bay Area neighborhoods are just not a good fit for our small country town.
