I just don't understand where the people who are against this 10% cut think the money will come from if there are no cuts. Folks CA is broke !!!! In the face of that 10% seems to be an awfully modest cut. What are they gonna do when the ball drops and there is no medi-cal at all???

We can find an extra $5,000,000 to give away cell phones to everyone who make less than $15,000 a year, at the expense of programs like Medi-Cal?
