I guess they need to use that "green sticker" money for something, since they won't use it on the only things it is permitted to be spent on.

That is the truth Anonso. This is the California way of taking from those with the funds and giving out those without. I'm all about peddling thru this beautiful area, but for Ca to steal "green sticker" funds is criminal.

we have been waiting for 25 years for this bike trail....wonder how long it will take to create? Highway 4 is no place for pedestrians or bike riders.
