Did I just read that correctly?!
Basically if the first precinct recounted has several more "yay" than "nay" votes, the original result can be overturned? How the hell does that make sense?
Count 'em all or don't count 'em at all!

It never stops! Curse them all and their demands for their rights under democracy to verify an election! How dare a citizen have the right, at their own expense, to request a result be verified!!! I'm sure it's all Obama's fault.

sierrazd no one has a problem with a recount, especially when it's this close. The outrage is about the method, which is practically guaranteed to provide a fraudulent result.
Surely you're not defending election fraud...
