Thanks for the link, sonoraman. I've seen a couple of those people around town. Most look like brain dead druggies, but a few look smart enough to be dangerous.

Isn't it scary when it finally hits home and you realize that these guys just keep committing crimes and keep getting released. By the time they go to court for the first offense they have a dozen more waiting to go to trial. The justice system has finally realized that there is really nothing they can do to these criminals because if they were to sentence them all to jail where they belong there would be no place to put them. How does it all end ? Have you ever seen the movie Escape From New York. That scenario doesn't seem all that far fetched now does it???
