Well, that's awfully reassuring, isn't it?

All should show ID. Black, white, old, young. Equal rights. Equal responsibility. No more liberal whining about voter ID laws!
VoteTheConstitution   11/03/2012 22:35:05
rider I agree 100%.

I have lost all confidence in our voting system. It's a sham. Thank a Democrat.
miwukman   11/04/2012 10:42:27
You need to show ID to vote in person but not if you mail it in. You need to show ID to by tobbaco but not to vote in person. You dont need to show ID to vote by the mail but my Doctors office requires an ID when I check in with my insurance card. Is it just me or does this seem wrong? The easiest time for voter fraud is when no one is checking so mailing it in seems to be ripe for fraud. What a country!

I'm glad I don’t have to show an ID, how would I be able to vote 12 times again this election if the polling stations actually knew who I was...

And I'm voting for Romney because he's white.. errrrr, I mean I'm voting for Obama because he's black.. That's right, its Obama because he's black that's the way it went in 2008 and how people vote for color due to guilt.

Voting for a President based on skin color is just as bad as saying you are not voting for someone based on their skin color.

Whether voting ID, voting for a person based on color, voting multiple times or voting for a proposition, seeing it pass only to have some judge somewhere overturn the will of the people and their vote this entire country has gone completely crazy.

Its not my job to prove I have rights - its your job to prove I *don't*.

A utility bill? Someone could be paying bills under and assumed name. That is just so WRONG!~
o-no-bigguy   11/05/2012 12:34:31
Along with 50,000 other illegals. Please send my ballot care of general delivery.
o-no-bigguy   11/05/2012 12:37:32
Did you see the liberal courts are going to let the black panthers intimidate votes once again on the east coast. No one including the press should be able to hang out within 500 yards of a voter station.
tuolumne girl   11/05/2012 13:21:52
I don't need to show my ID to vote. The volunteers at my polling site are my friends and neighbors. Gosh I love being a Tuolumne girl!!

The only thing that matters in this state are the local reps., and the initiatives. Thanks to the electoral college, the Presidential election doesn't really involve this state. Now, if it was a one man, one vote, popular vote system, we would have a lot of input.

If everyone moved into California except one person in each of the other 49 states, the person living in those states would each have a vote that counted as 3 votes in the electoral college (which is the minimum required in the electoral system for each state) and the voters of California would have a vote far less than 1 per person. This is never going to happen, but since it is set up this way, it is a flawed system. All based on what piece of land you choose to reside on. I think we can handle one man, one vote myself.
thrinnskaar   11/05/2012 23:12:03
@o-no-bigguy So let me get this straight, the Black Panthers petitioned, applied for, and/or got a law passed allowing them to "Intimidate votes" on the East coast again, and these liberal courts heard the arguments for and against it, and agreed to allow intimidation of voters on the East coast by the Black Panthers? Somehow I don't think you've made an entirely an accurate statement.

funny who the franchise fits ...
those who do..are disenfranchised.
and those who don't are promised bread.
o-no-bigguy   11/06/2012 10:17:14
Thrinnskaar, Answer this question, Why are they allowed to stand outside a polling place, all you got to do is watch todays news,. And to answer your question, why did Obama support Holder and let the govt take the issue to court in the first place, I guess it's ok to stand in front of a polling place with a AK47, I guess that obama wants to insure the black vote.
o-no-bigguy   11/06/2012 10:30:04
An I believe the current laws says 100 yard from a polling place.
wethehonestppl   11/08/2012 08:33:41
The majority of these discussions have ignorant and racist nonsense, which exemplify well why the Republican party is choking. And why many Republicans voted for Obama. Racism, really?? This is just pathetic.
