I think it's great that they put on this health fair. I just wish once they would do it when those of us that work and pay taxes in this county could attend. the only people who can go to it are the ones who are on medical or welfare.

Everyone helping out seemed so happy to be there. Great event!

ifishbass369 Not everyone who works, works M-F 9-5. Lots of folks work night shifts and weekends. But I do see your point. Would be nice if they did a Sunday Monday or Friday Saturday health fair.

Having been without health insurance since I moved to Tuolumne County, it is always so great to go to the health fair and actually receive some care and information about my health.

Do you really believe that the people taking advantage of the free care at the health fair are freeloaders, unemployed, or don't pay taxes? Please understand that the reason so many people do not pay Federal income taxes is that they are too poor! Even when I did have a job, my employer was considerate enough to give time off to attend the health fair each year.

ifishbass369-Please understand that the reason most people do not pay taxes is because they are too poor. When I did have a job, my employer was kind enough to allow me to attend the Health Fair. Your comment is so completely wrong on all counts.
