Pinecrest Water Level Meeting

It's pretty sad that Southern California and the Bay area are higher priorities for water than the Foothill communities, where most of that water comes from. We have to have mandatory conservation just to have enough water to drink and for other necessary needs, while I haven't heard of any restrictions on Southern Cali, or the Bay Area. They complain about how little water they get, yet encourage population growth without any thought as to how they will supply the increased demands, the answer is to always take more from us. Maybe we should start charging for every acre-foot of water that goes South or West from our counties. Bet that'll change the "Who cares, it's not my problem" attitude they have down there...
