All these stupid bills he has passed in the last two weeks don't help California at all. Heck two big companies are moving out of Sacramento right uder his nose.

Actually, making online technology and textbooks more accessible can mean tremendous savings to local schools. Those that have funded laptops for students don't pay as much for updated editions, students tend to take better care of and don't lose their materials , time is not lost when a student misses school and they are not lugging around all those heavy books. Most importantly, all students have access to the same resources.

Not to worry, the quality of our kids coming out of HS dropped so low, they going to need the computers with grammar correction and spell checker, It's a known fact half of them can't write a paragraph, That why our colleges have programs like bonehead english and math.
