I'm sorry to hear about your childhood Crockett, but just because a person is gay doesn't make them more likely to molest a child. Your stepdad could have been a straight drug free man who molested your sister. I agree with you that some become gay after being molested, but most are born that way. With that said, this states needs to stop trampling on parental rights.
I applaud Governor Brown for not stopping deportation of illegals who break the law, since the definition of "minor infraction" has changed significantly over the decades.

Thanks rider but my childhood was OK. Mom moved to NY to be a beatnick and I stayed in California with Dad and his folks. I didn't mean to imply being gay leads to child molestation. I also knew a beautiful well endowed woman who was far from being the brightest bulb on the tree. After years of being used by men she announced to me in her 40's that she decided to be a lesbian. Homosexuality is NOT NORMAL but all people deserve respect and a chance at happiness. It is a big mistake to promote homosexuality. Our strong sexual emotions if not controlled can cause us to cheat on a spouse and destroy a family. I believe the more gay promotion the more gays you get. Why is it we don't put people with Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Bifida or Autism on a pedestal like gays ?

It is a Federal border, whereas DMV and other things the state is responsible for. Do note: even the Berlin Wall didn't keep everyone in!

I would advise that states simply document the services we provide to illegals including those incarcerated and send the federal government the bill. Unfortunately they/we are already in debt and will continue to devalue the currency all states use.

We should do more to help our neighbor (no one complains about Canadians?) and lessen OUR demand for illegal drugs.
