We bought our first Prius in 2004. After putting 150,000 trouble free miles, (getting 50 mpg) on it we sold it to our son. That car has well over 200,000 trouble free miles and running strong. We bought our second Prius in 2011…..it was full of options such as self parking, radar cruise control that allows the vehicle to follow at a distance you set, a monitor that measures your space in your lane and corrects if you cross the lines to center you, automatic stopping if the car in front of you suddenly stops. Too many bells and whistle for us….I still like to drive! Luckily these were all options.

The day is not far away when cars will keep their space and drive themselves.

Also when computers think for us, and the govt CARES for us...sorta like in the little wombs in the Matrix.

Ah, the joys of technology. Shorter work days, richer populace, no more world hunger..yep! It's a wonderful world.
Oh, and the population of the world out of control.
Instead of a self driving car, how about concentrating on education and HUNGER and overpopulation.
It's not like 99% of the world is EVER going to own a prius.

Education, overpopulation and hunger are much more important. A Prius is not an expensive car....

It might be nice to rent one on New Years Eve!

If it stops the zombies from texting and driving and killing people, I will sit back and watch the scenery go by.

Grrr. I'd love to just invent some "fee" that the politicians have to pay me. Grrr! Yeah, it's just like that! Grrr!!
