Flu shots are primarily psychological. A healthy lifestyle is the best combatant for influenza, amongst all other maladies; your body will build up antibodies year in and year out. Get outside more often in the cold-weather months and let your body breathe! Good health to all!

Gotta agree with Frank. I was in the Air Force for 10 years, each year I got a Flu shot and each year I got the flu about 3 weeks later. When I got out I stopped getting the flu like I did when I was in.

I agree with SierraMatt and Frank. I have never gotten a flu shot and haven't been sick in 15 years. Friends of mine get flu shots every year and get the flu at least twice a year...along with some other weird illness'. Do the math. ...Of course Dr. Todd Stolp and the other mindless drug pushers will urge you to come on down and get some chemicals injected into your body. Wake up sheep!
