Most people who take the bypass are going toward Twain Harte, so if it's closed to Cavalieri Rd, how is Mono Way an alternative? If people need to get to Sunshine Rd/Soulsbyville Rd, Mono Way isn't going to help once they reach Standard Rd and cannot proceed. Please clarify, thanks.
