Measure B - Their are companies that will do it for free..and even PAY for the privilege.
NO!
Use common sense. the county could EARN money if they took their heads out of the sand.

Measure C
Yes. It's a no-brainer.
As long as they aren't slushing..and it's needed.

Measure D
No!
Most of them don't do squat. County and state road crews are lazy. One person working and the rest doing squat.
Use what you have wisely first.
Show you can actually learn Fiscal Responsibility, instead of handing off your stupid shortfalls to the taxpayer.
