Many Local Roads To Be Sealed

Pretty sad that upscale Comstock Ranch and Whispering Woods gets a chip seal and it is like a brand new subdivision compared to poor old Phoenix Lake Estates at 40 years old has alligator cracks and potholes all over every street.
Just take care of the wealthy property owners and let the rest of us cry about it on here. Phoenix Lake Estates will be back to dirt roads after one more Winter.

from a quick search on WHAT this cape seal is, did caltrans or whoever not consider the fact the roads mentioned are heavily traveled by studded tires? seems like thats going to tear that up in a single season...

Hey Phoenix Lake! Be thankful you're getting anything at all. Out here in Chinese Camp, we get our annual cold patches on the mammoth pot holes and that's all that we get.... Plus a new rural fire tax too! So, don't be sad, you're getting some attention.

No Coiler, Phoenix Lake estates subdivision does not get anything at all either, same as you just an annual cold patch and you drive around the potholes when you can.
My complaint is the newer more expensive neighborhoods get the seal coat and the older neighborhoods just get worse.
