If the cost of this incarceration project is divided by the counties population the amount per citizen would be shortly under one thousand dollars. This is insane. The B.O.S., One and ALL should be the first occupants of the new jail... To me this rings SOUNDLY of misapropriation of public funds. Read: "In law, misappropriation is the intentional, illegal use of the property or funds of another person for one's own use or other unauthorized purpose, particularly by a PUBLIC OFFICIAL, a trustee of a trust, an executor or administrator of a dead person's estate or by any person with a responsibility to care for and protect another's assets (a fiduciary duty). I rather look at a empty road and not the rear of the shopping center that was supposed to be landscaped so it was not visible from the highway or the sewer treatment plant, to great first impressions of Tuolumne county.

How about putting the farmers market there? Free of charge for the people and vendors? How about the flea market?
