Can anybody explain to me why this has to go before the legislature? I guess CA. has nothing better to do. If this state did it job, he would not even be around.

Hello..don't you thing there might be more people involved with these murders..?? Let him out find more bodies ,,collect the DNA,,round up the others involved and throw the rest of the scum bags inside too......the thought that he might see daylight may be scareing the heck out of some locals.....

I 100% disagree with you people that appose this. Yes, he will be let out, but he will be cuffed, shackled, and have and armed escort everywhere he goes. Plus, if he does reveal the location(s) of bodies, it will provide some closure to the families of the victims.
