Congrats on a successful event but for the rest of us - no need to wait for a special drive. My husband and I give about every six weeks on Tuesdays in San Andreas; there are numerous other locations throughout the Motherlode. Plan about an hour total the first time for paperwork. Relatively painless, you feel like you're doing something important (you are!) and you even earn points toward dining, movies, etc. in addition to juice, cookies and nice conversation with some really special professionals and volunteers.

Sabrina - maybe a follow up listing donation centers and times of operation would be helpful? Thanks!

There maybe other companies in the valley, but Delta Blood Bank is the only one I am aware of around here.
