If it were 100F in Lake Tahoe today, the liberal media headlines would be squawking about global warming.
Instead, here it is June 4th, and it is snowing up there. The passes are closed, it is snowing up there.
Nary a peep in the lib media about global cooling though!

We got over the Pass in time, before they closed it at 3 pm. It's been raining cats and dogs in Mammoth Lakes, for 4 hours at least. Now, the sprinkler system on the lawn outside has just come on....

Every time I see someone claiming that weather and climate are the same, I wonder how in the world can they be so misinformed. And then several scientific studies remind me.

Climate is the long-term average of decades or centuries of weather data. Weather is what's happening outside, right now. They are very different, and only the foolish confuse the two.

Midwestern states set multiple records last summer, and we had a record warm spring across the country. The global long-term pattern is much more important than a single last season storm event. Evidence, not opinions, rule.
