Can TUD donate the firewood from clearing around tanks to our Senior citizens or veterans families?

The leaky water tank in Strawberry has trees all around it too. It is not a TUD tank yet.

Did I miss something? thought TUD was in the red? so if they are basically broke, then how will they pay for this? OH YES, WE WILL... LOL forgot... UM isn't this something Kampa was pushing for a while back? Now that we have a new board member on, they will see that we all pay heavy for everything that Kampa wants.... any news on how to get them investigated? really would like to know... What happened to the recall effort, I have never heard another thing about it?

It seems that no matter what TUD does, you guys complain. The rates we pay are used to keep the water at our tap. I would prefer not to have a rate increase, but if the money is being used to maintain and upgrade the infrastructure to ensure that our water supply is safe and available, then I am all for it. Would you rather TUD didn't improve or maintain anything and just let everything fall a part ?? If you don't want to pay to have clean water, then drill a well or put a bucket on your roof like they do in third world countries to catch the rain water so you can take a shower.

Oh the recall effort is in full swing, believe me.... I think we should hear some more news on that real quick...where to sign petitions, etc

Jayncal09, I all for the new tanks, how about the people that benefit from pay for it, create a special district and let them foot the bill.

This may be a worthy plan but I still want to sign the recall.
