Didn't we just see this O'Conner fellow a week or two ago on here? He was the guy arrested with his wife in a Columbia hotel after shots were fired in the area. What was he doing out when he had several stolen guns and drugs in his possession?

Why were they out of jail, arrested several times, good job our DA is doing, they should have put him in jail instead of putting on the bench for taking tax payer money for nothing, most lawyers are bigger crooks than the people they represent.

i am glad that arrests were made, it's just sad that it happened at the church and possibly in front of the children. i hope their kids can get out of this cycle and are not judged by what their parents do.

Wow I bet they are all out by tomorrow afternoon. You better hope your house is not next. How can they let these drugie, theifs back out on the streets but keep the medical marijuana collective people in jail. I wish they would come up my driveway and try breaking in to my house. You better believe that my gun or my dog would make sure it was the last place they ever robbed.

Evidently these people haven't faced enough tough consequences for their past criminal activity. They shouldn't have been released after their second arrest. Hopefully the court will set bail high enough so they are kept off the streets. Wonder where all the stolen goods go; someone is buying it.

Can't keep people in jail when:
1) The judges allow these people to make bail (and the DA usually has to present the motion to deny bail)...
2) The jail is so overcrowded (because it is extremely small for the population of the county) that they have to release them...

WHAT THE HELL,I worked in the valley for years, and when I would tell people that I lived in sonora area ,they would laugh and say yea that's a great place to live because there aren't any cops and if you get busted for anything, your home before any of your record can be looked up and your back to doing the same crimes. I would always argue that was not true.......
After seeing this guy and his merry gang of drugies ,I am starting to believe it. SO SO SAD THAT THEY CAN'T LOCK THEM UP!!!!!!!!!!

Ok...I am going to swear.
DAMMIT! If you have to do something...then at least make the BAIL so high they can't get out.
Law enforcement is doing it's job, but I can see that the DA and the Judiciary isn't doing SQUAT!
Dammit! I support law enforcement one hundred percent, but our Judges and OUR system is being run by a bunch of bleeding hearts.
Maybe it's not even the DA's and the Judges fault.
MAYBE it's the * STATE GOVERMENT....
Who seems to care more for criminals than for the victims or potential victims.
Sorry Sabrina...
Seeing something like this...OVER AND OVER AND OVER ticks me off to no end.

@fruitypebbles All you have to do is operate a medical marijuana collective and they will keep you in jail for a long time. What one would lepperman rather have "HIS"/our town ?????? a medical marijuana dispensary or these p.o.s.'s.

Don't blame the PD or Sheriff's Dept. for this revolving door pseudo justice. I'm sure they're even more frustrated than we are seeing this trash back out on the street. This is the result of AB109. We can thank our overpaid, underachieving Legislature for this joke of a system. Oh, but heaven forbid, don't raise the taxes on the uber rich!!

Sign of the times. Can't afford to build a bigger jail, can't afford to feed and house the criminals, can't afford to keep teachers, can't afford to help the young and eldery, so I guess the scums gets to do what they do best, and some poor citizen may one day shoot this pitiful person, or someone like him protecting themself or a loved one. In the mean time, it seems they walk among us.

The sad truth is there are just too many criminals and not enough room in the jails. They also know if they do go to prison they won't keep them because there is no room there so they come back to our jails, get released and start all over again. Sad commentary on our society isn't it ?????

WHY is this guy out of jail? April 1st he was arrested with eight handguns, several of them stolen, 19 grams heroin, hypodermic needles, scales, packaging materials and other paraphernalia consistent with drug sales. Prior to that he was arrested on charges of possession for sales, paraphernalia and stolen property. And now again, they have stolen property, medications with no prescriptions, a hypodermic needle, and tools used for the purpose of forced entry. Why do they keep letting this idiot out of jail? Law Enforcement - wake up! Keep this guy in custody!
