No chance. Won't win. Sorry.

Surpringly strong showing for Obama, seeing that this is Tuolumne County.
FailBamaSux   04/14/2012 13:20:32
For those of you that missed it, Jack Welch, ex-CEO of GE, was interviewed on CNBC this week. Mr Welch really went after FailBama, the miserable failure in the White House.
The FailBama Regimes anti-business attitude, attacks and blaming the industries that do not agree with the White House, and fiscal irresponsibility were all highlighted

Divide and Blame is not leadership

Not another four years of the biggest bummer on the American political landscape since Jimmy Carter? Go figure.

What can they be thinking?

He isn't my 1st choice, but I'll vote for Daffy Duck before Ba-mite. Mitt is a self made millionaire, he knows economics. Obama is a lawyer who has sucked from the government teat most of his adult life. So while Mitt's money makes money, Obama has tripled our national debt and put us in deeper economic trouble. All the while he has tried to distract us with this phoney war on women nonsense because HE CAN'T RUN ON THE ECONOMY.

And ALL WOMEN ARE WORKING WOMEN!
ravillata   04/14/2012 20:50:43
I think you could have put Elmer Fudd up against obama and still got a winner.
DoubleD   04/14/2012 22:06:46
Romney is the presumptive nominee only because the Main stream media is controled by the big banks that support Mitt. Give the survey a choice of true Constitutional candidates and you will get a different outcome. Only Ron Paul on the ballot against Obama has a chance, especially in California...do you really see any difference between Romney and Obama other than skin color?
ankerstaem   04/14/2012 22:57:14
Encouraging... I'd have guessed an even higher %.
squirter   04/15/2012 11:35:02
Be careful what you wish for. Romney supports the Ryan budget plan which would slash spending including deep cuts to Medi-care and Social Security while giving even larger tax cuts for the wealthy. If you want to take a cut in your benefits so the wealthy can get more tax breaks, then by all means vote for Romney.
JDT   04/16/2012 09:15:12
Interestingly, many of the comments above appear to reflect personal prejudices and not the national opinion. Every poll I have seen recently (except Fox News) shows Obama with a several point lead. Someone must think he is doing a better job than the presumed Republican nominee will do.

I may not always agree with the Democrats, but I can find NOTHING in common with the Repugs, their methodology, (party of no) policies, (biased for a few) greed, or self-righteousness. They say we are too generous, making people lazy by giving them assistance. Would they prefer to let the poor perish? I say we need to drug test anyone getting assistance, and make sure they're not taking advantage of a system setup to help those truly in need. They say we are trying to make a socialist government. How is implementing a flat tax socialism? If the Repugs get back in power, we may well be living under the same conditions as the people of the 13 Districts governed by the Capitol of Panem.
leaperman621   04/16/2012 12:07:27
Put NONE of the above on the ballot.
dougl   04/16/2012 12:19:12
It never ceases to amaze me that many people who suck off the government teat always want to cut that help because it is supposedly Socialism. A bit of socialism sure beats the alternative which is the wealthy VS the very poor. I get it though, as long as you get money from your governmental program, who cares if anyone else has a level playing field.
FAILagainREPUBLICANS   04/16/2012 12:41:52
Mitt Romney is an idiot. 92.3% idiot at least.
Top Shelf   04/16/2012 12:54:00
Romney didn't create wealth, he took it from the pockets of workers and put it in the pockets of investors. That is not pro-business or pro-American workers.

There's a reason that Romney's etch-a-position name tag is sticking. Pick a topic, Romney has been for and against each, and probably been on both sides more than once. Even now it's being leaked out from his team that his public statements don't match his private sentiments. His big bucks donors are going to want payback, and he'll surely deliver for them. The Ryan budget that he thinks is "marvelous" guts basic services, including support for our veterans, while sending even more money to the top. In exchange for??? Votes. The middle class will once again be left with the tab for their deficit and spend policies.
shiner   04/16/2012 13:18:03
Ron Paul will get my vote with or without the republican nomination so he will split the vote and Obama will most likely win . I really fear what Obama will do once he is in his second term but hopefully it wont effect me to much.
mtnranch   04/16/2012 14:18:53
While many of these respondants seem to be "informed" of how this country is run keep this in mind. Obama, much to manies dismay, DOES NOT run this country. The big businesses, CIA, and political power houses such as Cheny/Haliburton do. The only reason why obama is going back is because the corporations are making tons of money thru him. Banks, Auto makers, Oil Companies turning record profit. When obama does not serve them then he will be out!

When the tides of money needs to shift a new president will be born.

Go rent Air America sometime. These are the ploticos that run this country.

Keep posting fail bama ETC. You may feel better, but you are are putting energy in the wrong direction.

Have a nice day!

Most polls show that the more voters know about etch-a-Romney, the less they like. So, Romney has decided not to file his tax returns on time, opting for a six month extension in hopes that no one will have time to review them. And, he has decided to follow in the failed tradition of only releasing his previous two years worth of returns, even though he gave Senator McCain 23 years worth when being considered for VP.

If wealth is something to aspire to, then what does he have to hide?

Also, I still haven't seen Romney's birth certificate.

Why do left wing liberals hate success?

Mitt Romney is a remarkably successful businessman, and his wealth reflects a legally gained fortune which is being taxed according to the law.

Buffett is a sucessful businessman, who owes the IRS $1 BILLION and has been fighting the IRS for 10 years. Gov. Romney has paid 100 percent of what he owes.

Mitt gave $4 million to charity.
Buffett donated $4,600 to FailBama.

Yet the confused libs are supporting the Buffet rule

Bottom line on Failbama’s tax return is hypocrisy. He paid a lower tax rate then his secretary. If FailBama thinks that rich people should pay more to be 'fair' then why didnt FailBama donate to the Treasury Dept to help the deficit?
DJA   04/17/2012 09:08:35
Obama - Exit Stage Right , had you been Vetted properly you wouldn't be the President and we wouldn't have had to go thru all this !!
As you all have seen , Big Government = more problems !
mairalargo   04/17/2012 10:04:39
I don't hate success; I despise the avarice & hypocrisy of politicians who pretend caring about Citizen Average to benefit themselves & Mitt fits. His "charitable contributions" are TITHING to the Mormon Temple; money to send members on Missions spreading their ideology & recruit new members. And his "remarkable" success includes Bain Capital; an egregious corporation that forced foreclosure just to buy them up. The obscene wealth Mitt profited from was at the expense of others- that is Vulture Capitalism at its best.

Stop killing your country w/ignorance & bias that's doing more harm than good for all of us financially incapable to attend political fundraisers at 5,000.00 per plate. Mitt is as good for America & the common citizen as Lady Gaga is to a polyester pantsuit. Just doesn't fit.
mcarden   04/17/2012 15:24:36
squirter raises an interesting point about the GOP platform and its supporters. I've always been puzzled by the willingness of GOP supporters to vote against their own financial best interests, given the extent of the cuts in welfare, medicare and other programs that the GOP is proposing. You'd think they would be more inclined to vote for a party that wants to even out the tax burden by taxing the ultra-rich and maintaining existing tax levels and programs for everyone else, rather than the opposite. Unless, of course, most GOP supporters are in the 1%, which I seriously doubt as far as this part of the world is concerned.
