Just don't give him to much of a plea deal for turning in his buddy. This was horrific and he needs to face some serious jail time. Do we know more about how the victim is doing?

Well, looks like it wasn't some of the Valley filtering in as some suggested, just a couple of locals, shame, ain't it? Even on the Most Wanted list and wasn't spotted. I'd like to hear why it all started, let alone why he turned himself in a this late date?

Conner was a bully in school from elementary school on up. So let's hope he gets what he deserves. It would be nice to hear an update on the victim.
