Whats to discuss? they want to lease a piece of property no one else would even consider for any other type of business sounds like that place is perfect for a solar plant.

WOW.... They didnt put it off for further review?!?!? I'm amazed! Something may actually be happening!!! That would be a nice change... We will have to see how the "negotiations" go... I'm not holding my breath...
