Mokelumne Hill, Ca -- 61-year-old Matthew Applin of Fairfield was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries following a motorcycle accident Friday morning in Calaveras County.
According to the CHP, Applin was traveling north on Hwy 49 near the Mokelumne River Canyon when he failed to negotiate a turn. The accident was reported at 11:55am. No other vehicles were involved.
