Power Outage Delays Opening
Avery, CA -- A power outage is affecting the three schools in the Vallecito Union School District.
There will be a one hour late start Thursday for Avery Middle School, Albert Michelson Elementary and Hazel Fischer Elementary. All other area schools are running as scheduled.
