Sonora, CA -- More than 30 P.G.& E. crews and constrictors are working to restore full power to the Mother Lode.
According to Public Information Officer Nicole Liebelt there are 2,124 outages in Tuolumne County. The majority of them, 1,634, are in the MiWuk area. Long Barn has 340 outages, Pinecrest 75, Groveland 50, Sonora 20 and Twain Harte 5.
Calaveras County has but 95 outages with 65 of them in Arnold and the balance in Avery. The Hwy 4 Corridor was one of the hardest hit areas in the Mother Lode with numerous downed trees and power lines.
In the overall P.G.& E. service area (Bakersfield to the Oregon border) there have been a reported 1.5 million outages since last Monday.
