Calaveras County Fire
San Andreas, CA -- A structure fire was quickly extinguished by local agencies Tuesday evening.
According to CAL Fire Communications Operator Jim DeVoll the attic fire in the 6300 block of Coultrup Lane in the Rancho Calaveras subdivision near Jenny Lind was first reported at 7:43pm.
Response included personnel and equipment from Jenny Lind, San Andreas and Foothill Fire.
The fire was contained at 8:18pm. Crews departed the scene at 9:25pm.
Cause of the fire and a damage estimate are still to be determined. Two residents were displaced.
