Sacramento Resident Injured In Motorcycle Accident
San Andreas, CA -- 39 year old John Hack of Sacramento suffered moderate injuries Saturday at approximately 9:55 when his motorcycle was hit at the intersection of Hwy 12 and Burson Rd.
57 year old David Peters of Burson was attempting to negotiate a left hand turn from northbound Burson Rd. onto westbound Hwy 12. He looked in both directions before pulling into the intersection. Hack failed to avoid Peters' vehicle and was ejected from his 2006 Victory motorcycle.
According to the C.H.P. report Hack was found to be at fault due to his excessive speed. He was transported to Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital with moderate injuries.
