Sonora, CA– A drug dealer from Tuolumne City has been convicted and sentenced on several drug related charges.

According to the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office, on February 3rd, the Tuolumne Narcotics Team (TNT) conducted surveillance on a known heroin dealer, 50-year-old Julie Ann Condon.
As Condon drove west bound on Highway 108 near Hess Avenue, members of the TNT initiated a traffic stop.

After serving a search warrant , investigators discovered in her vehicle 18.7 grams of heroin, 2 grams of methamphetamine, 1.9 grams of marijuana, various narcotic pills, hypodermic needles, and packaging for drug sales.

She was arrested and booked at Tuolumne County Jail. As a result of this operation, Condon was recently convicted and sentenced to 15 years and 8 months in prison.

Sgt. Jeff Wilson of the Sheriff’s Office says Condon had a long history with law enforcement and describes herself as “a good person.” She admits to selling heroin to kids but says “they were already addicted” before she sold it to them.
